What's Next? An Operating Agreement

Now for the next big steps!  With the purchase completed, The Friends of the Lowcountry LowLine are getting ready for what's next.  But before any new steps can be taken, an understanding must be with the City about how this linear public space will operate.  In other words, who's in charge of what.

Not until after this is worked out can the community outreach effort begin, to ask everyone in the neighborhoods what they want to see in the park.  But there's much more after that:

Building and maintaining the LowLine will take money.  For that, too, a plan must be put into place.  Following that, the design process.  The construction, and (eventually) the grand opening.

Make no mistake.  There's much work ahead, and it will take time.

We'll try to keep you updated on the progress in this space!

*btw, I see the updates from MAY and SEP-2018, however the video from SEP is unavailable and the information from MAY doesn’t divulge much (at least regarding my initial questions). Thanks! :)

The last information is from MAR-2018, leaving me with three questions:
    1) What do the geographical plans look like for this project?
    2) Who can we contact for more information?
    3) What is the projected timeline for this project?
